Swedish dishcloths are;
70% wood pulp and 30% cotton and are biodegradable
To clean or sanitize wash on warm in your washing machine and air dry, or zap it in your microwave for 30-60 seconds while wet.
 
Most swedish dishcloths will last 3-6months but can last longer if they don't go through your drier and if used on smoother surfaces.
